Central Bark Dog Boutique reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or in a non-resalable condition. All Dog Beds, Collars, and Accessories are final sale and non-returnable.

All “returnable” mail order items may be returned within 7 days of arrival (we will track your arrival date) as long as the item is unused and in the same condition it was shipped in for exchange or store credit only. We do not reimburse shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your item, please include the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped. We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from shipper, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
